For the annual National Retail Federation conference, I worked with Microsoft to write a whitepaper on how retailers can reimagine their physical stores in the wake of COVID-19 using the Internet of Things. Online school: Microsoft AI Business School
(2019)
In 2019, Microsoft launched the AI Business School, a premier executive education program that explores how to implement AI in the enterprise. For this project, I developed 4 educational units; each include written case studies, graphics, and video scripts. The AI Business School drew over 17,000 unique visitors on its first day live.
